Packages typically arrive in Nassau within 7 business days after delivery to our US warehouse.

Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may vary due to shipping schedules, weather conditions, Customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your package has arrived in Nassau, cleared Bahamas Customs, and been processed for collection, you will receive an email notification along with your bill.

You may then arrange to collect your package from our Nassau office or request our delivery service.

IMPORTANT: A retailer’s delivery confirmation indicates that the carrier has marked your package as delivered. It does not necessarily mean that your package has been identified and processed by our US Office or shipped to Nassau.
