Once you’ve registered for your FREE CUBIX US shipping address, you can shop at your favourite online retailers and have your purchases delivered directly to our US warehouse.
Here’s how it works:
- Shop: Purchase your items online using your CUBIX US shipping address. Be sure to include CUBIX alongside your name in the shipping information.
- Submit Your Invoice: Email your purchase invoice to invoices@cubixbah.com.
- Send Your Tracking Number: Once your retailer provides a tracking number, email it to us, indicating which invoice it belongs to.
- We Ship: Once your packages are received, properly identified, and all required documents are provided, they will be processed for shipment to Nassau.
- Collect or Request Delivery: Once your shipment has arrived, cleared Customs, and is ready for collection, we will notify you via email. You may collect your package from our Nassau office or arrange delivery.
IMPORTANT: Proper package identification, invoices, and tracking numbers are essential to avoid unnecessary shipping delays.
